- 2.1Planning, operating, monitoring and improving the Business Continuity Management System (SMCA);
- 2.2Description of the business continuity principles to be understood by the management and employees of state and private organizations;
- 2.3Understanding the scope and objectives of business continuity based on continuity risks;
- 2.4The evolution of business continuity, context, awareness of the importance of the existence of a continuity framework at the organizational level;
- 2.5Business continuity standards: ISO 22313, ISO 27031, ISO / IEC 27001;
- 2.6Integration of the business continuity management system in the existing management systems: information security management, quality management, etc.
- 2.7Structure and implementation of the Business Continuity Plan;
- 2.8Case study: performing a risk analysis and an impact analysis (BIA) starting from the requirements of the standard;
- 2.9Types of audits, audit techniques, communication and management of an audit team, preparation of audit reports in case of auditing an SMCA. Case studies;
