Through this policy, CERTINSPECT REGISTER wishes to:

• to demonstrate mutual understanding and trust to all stakeholders in its work
• to establish appropriate actions in case normal audit activities cannot be carried out
• minimize the transmission of contagious diseases by ensuring that its staff act responsibly towards themselves and their customers

In these circumstances, the CERTINSPECT REGISTER policy is:

• Superveillance audits will be carried out on scheduled dates, in agreement with customers. In case of impossibility to carry out the surveillance audit on the scheduled date, the audit may be postponed by 3 months (with the possibility of extension by another 3 months depending on the evolution of the pandemic). If the client accepts, the audit can be performed remotely, according to the working instruction IL-02 "Remote Audit" of CERTINSPECT REGISTER. If an on-site audit is required, it will be performed in the first 3 months after the customer's return to normal operation. If the client refuses to perform the audit, CERTINSPECT REGISTER suspends the certification.
• The evidence of the surveillance activities is constantly updated and will be presented to the interested parties upon request. When complete audits of the management system are not possible and the certification decision cannot be made based on the evaluation of the information contained in the audit report, no initial certification or field extension audits are performed for the period declared as an emergency. If the client refuses to perform the audit, CERTINSPECT REGISTER suspends the certification.
• The record of surveillance activities is constantly updated and will be presented to interested parties upon request.
• When complete management system audits are not possible and the certification decision cannot be made based on the assessment of the information contained in the audit report, no initial certification or field extension audits are performed for the period declared as an emergency.

For the protection of all persons involved in the audit process, CERTINSPECT REGISTER requires its auditors to:

• Send audit records to CERTINSPECT REGISTER by electronic means (e-mail) or express courier.
