class=\"heading-description\">\n\t\t\t\t<p><span lang=\"ro-RO\">The new version of the international standard for anti-bribery management systems, ISO 37001:2025, published in February 2025, will replace the previous version ISO 37001:2016.<\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"ro-RO\">According to the IAF MD 30:2025 document \u201cTransition requirements for ISO 37001:2025\u201d <\/span><span lang=\"ro-RO\"><b>the transition period is 2 years and will end on 28.02.2027<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"ro-RO\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"ro-RO\">At the end of the transition period, there will be no valid certificate with ISO 37001:2016 as a reference, so the certificates issued during the transition period, with ISO 37001:2016 as a reference, will have a validity period until the end of the transition period at the latest, and no subsequent audit will be carried out according to ISO 37001:2016.<\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"ro-RO\">Starting with <\/span><span lang=\"ro-RO\"><b>28.02.2027, all audits (certification, surveillance, recertification)<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"ro-RO\"> will have as a reference only the new ISO 37001:2025 standard<\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"ro-RO\">Organizations already certified by CERTINSPECT REGISTER according to ISO 37001:2016 are required <\/span><span lang=\"ro-RO\"><b>to make the transition to ISO 37001:2025<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"ro-RO\"> by 28.02.2027.<\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"ro-RO\">Organizations certified by CERTINSPECT REGISTER according to ISO 37001 must take the following actions:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><p><span lang=\"ro-RO\">to procure the ISO 37001:2025 standard;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span lang=\"ro-RO\">to develop a plan for the transition;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span lang=\"ro-RO\">to ensure the necessary new skills and awareness for all parties involved in the anti-bribery management system;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span lang=\"ro-RO\">to update the management system, as appropriate, and implement all new requirements in ISO ISO 37001:2025, in order to transition to the new reference standard;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span lang=\"ro-RO\">to carry out at least one full internal audit and a management review before the transition audit carried out by CERTINSPECT REGISTER. Their results must be recorded and any necessary changes to the management system must be made and implemented.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><span lang=\"ro-RO\"><b>CERTINSPECT REGISTER recommends performing the transition audit during the surveillance or renewal audits planned in 2026.<\/b><\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"ro-RO\">If the transition to ISO 37001:2025 will be performed during an <\/span><span lang=\"ro-RO\"><b>additional audit<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"ro-RO\">, the audit time will be at least 1 day to allow for a complete assessment of the new standard.<\/span><span lang=\"ro-RO\"><b>Certification and recertification of clients, starting with 31.08.2026, will be performed according to ISO 37001:2025.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TRANSITION POLICY TO ISO 37001:2025(anti-bribery management system) The new version of the international standard for anti-bribery management systems, ISO 37001:2025, published in February 2025, will replace the previous version ISO 37001:2016.
