Advanced Product Quality Planning and Control Plan – APQP & CP (PPAP)
Recipients: staff working in quality assurance processes, quality management, production, design, logistics.
Objectives: to acquaint the students with the techniques and the specific procedure of advanced planning of the quality of the products, in all the phases of the process of the development of the product and the processes of their realization, as well as the modality of the effective elaboration of the control plan.
Acquired knowledge:
- Knowledge of all the principles and tools necessary for advanced quality planning for the products made
- Effective preparation of the control plan
- Component validation process + PSW`forms
- The course aims to train those responsible for product quality planning in certificate-oriented project management, based on advanced product / process quality planning. + PPAP `process
- Understanding the relationships between PPAP documents and how to build manufacturing documentation – general expectations and appreciation expectations. Developing skills for drafting and arguing PPAP documentation.
