The bear aims to train specialists in the analysis of measurement systems by evaluating the test method(by statistical techniques) of measuring instruments as well as the whole process of certifiwhich and to obtain measurements in order to ensure data integrity. According to the capability of the measuring instruments imposed by chapter.7.1.5
Recipients: staff working in quality assurance processes, quality management, production, design, internal / external logistics;
Objectives: knowledge of the principles, necessity and effective ways of analyzing the equipment of measurement and monitoring, in accordance with the quality management standards, reference (requirement 7.1.5.1.1 from IATF 16949:2016 (Including 9.1.1.2) + The reference “FORMEL Q – Konckret – last edition 2012.January”: standard VW 10119 with reference to Accuracy – Measuring accurracy in testing processes – is directly related to the other standards: VW 10130 + VW 10131 -Machine Capability testing for measurable characteristics + Process capability testing for measurable characteristics );
Acquired knowledge:
- Knowledge and differentiation of sources of variation of measurements
- Knowledge of practical methods of analysis of measuring systems: “Average and amplitude”, short method of analysis of the capacity of measuring systems, short method of analysis of control systems (attributive)
- Evaluation of the different characteristics of the measuring system in isolation (Long method & ANOVA);
- Correlation between the imperfection of the measurements made with the measuring equipment used and the capability of the studied manufacturing process
- Specific applications for the evaluation of measuring and monitoring equipment in special cases, for non-replicable measurements
- Management of activities for the analysis of measuring and monitoring equipment (in correlation with I ATF 16949 );
- Familiarization with statistical software Excel & Minitab 16.0
