ISO 19011:2018 – Guidelines for auditing management systems
This course is addressed to all persons who already have an internal or external auditor certificate and wish to maintain their auditing skills for Management Systems, according to the new ISO 19011: 2018 “Guidelines for auditing management systems.
After graduating from the course, a diploma will be issued which will demonstrate the updating of knowledge about this standard. Proof of transition is required to maintain qualifications as an auditor / chief auditor / consultant regardless of the management system for which a qualification has already been obtained (eg SMC, SMM, SMSA, SMSI, SMA, SMS, etc.).
- Duration: 1 day
- Schedule: 09: 00-17: 00 daily, with lunch break, meals are included in the course price.
- The lecturers are Lead Auditors in the quality management system and IRCA Auditors

Curriculum
- Risk-based approach to auditing, regardless of its type;
- Extension of existing notions in the previous version (eg: audit program, conducting and planning an audit, competence requirements for internal / external auditors);
- Introduction of new notions, through Annex A of ISO 19011: 2018, such as: organizational context auditing, leadership, virtual audits, statistical and reasoning sampling, supply chain auditing;
