The course aims to introduce the audit technique and to settle the concepts and terms related to service management.
The course is intended for people interested in service management and IT staff actually involved in providing and supporting the IT services offered.
The course aims to:
- To provide participants with the necessary skills and knowledge for the implementation and audit of service management processes, in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO / IEC 20000-1: 2018.
- Explain the principles and practices of managing a service management system, present the service support processes and make a foray into the audit activity of these processes.
- Introduce introductory notions of IT Services Management (ITSM) and ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library). The service management processes (service delivery, relationship between processes, solution and control processes) will be explained, according to international standards and good practices.

Throughout the course, the performance of each student is evaluated according to tasks, discussions, presentations, personal contributions, tasks performed, optimal time management and punctuality.
