Duration of the external auditor course: 5 days * Price: 1500 RON + VAT (the first three days are for the training of internal auditors)

- Presentation of the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 19011: 2018, analysis of individual requirements.
- Principles of quality management.
- Risk-based thinking (the risk management process with the risk analysis exercise applied to the organization).
- Audit, audit principles, coordination of the audit program.
- Procedural approach and evaluation of process effectiveness.
- Simulation of an audit (internal audit plan, audit program, audit report, non-compliance reports including their resolution through the corrective action plan)
- Description of the concepts related to the implementation and audit of a management system in an organization
- Exercises, case studies applied, daily.
